About Jason Naumann

Some people might look at Jason Naumann and consider him pretty successful. After all, his Real Estate company The Naumann Group did over 100 million in sales volume in 2005, just 5 years after it was founded.

But Naumann, 31 said he's just getting started.

I'm very happy with where our company is currently, but I just know that there is so much more that can be accomplished. I feel as if we have just now finished laying our company's foundation so that we can soon begin to really build upon it for the future. We have been very blessed, and want to grow an organization that not only benefits the consumers, but everyone who is a part of the team. Our staff and agents have been a key ingredient to our success, and without them the company would not be where it is today.

Naumann said he comes from a long line of Real Estate Entrepreneurs and grew up seeing the business from a unique perspective. "I decided to go away tp college so that I could expand my horizon and see what else was out there for me. Honestly, I was trying to get away from the Real Estate side of things all together. I was interested in marketing and thought that was the direction I was going to take". But God had other plans. In his sophomore year at FSU, while waiting on tables a customer, Teresa Turner of Turner Heritage Homes, recognized a personality that could sell and suggested Real Estate as a career. That week he stopped waiting tables and went to work full time with Turner Heritage Homes.

It was more than a full time job. Naumann said he would put in 60-70 hour weeks straight through the last two years of college, later he left Turner Heritage Homes and went to work for Developer/Builder Robert Parrish. At the age of 22 he sold and managed the town home community of Maclay Hammock.

'I would call that the launching pad of my career," he said, "because of the knowledge I gained being able to run the sales and marketing side of a subdivision at such an early age. I would help with all the punch lists, closing coordination, appraisals, walk thrus, color selections, financing and whatever else needed to be done to sell and close the homes. This was a valuable learning experience."

In early 2001, Naumann started The Naumann Group Real Estate Inc. and finally had something of his own. I was given the opportunity to sell BrackenChase communities which allowed us to create entire communities based on the demands of the consumer. My goal has always been to create places people want to live by asking what they want in their neighborhoods, and helping to create just that.

The Naumann Group currently has 6 full time employees and 17 selling agents with offices in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Ochlockonee Bay, Crawfordville and the newest at The Resort at Shell Point.

Sincerely,
Jason C. Naumann-The Naumann Group Real Estate, Inc.
