How the Current Market Conditions Effect My Future Real Estate Investments

The current economic conditions have us all wondering about our investments and how to properly move into the future. Our homes can be one of our greatest assets and many are wondering how they can best protect this investment?

If you don't need to sell then...DON'T ! But in today's market there is a huge volume of attractive and well priced inventory. If you can adjust and comfortably move away from what you "Could Have" bought a few years ago, then think about selling but consider the following:

Putting your house o the market and watching it sit unsold can be a heart wrenching experience. Make sure you Price it Right. The No. 1 thing that will sell a house quickly is price. Look at the current market numbers, NOT 3 or 4 years ago. Consider a staging professional to make it into a show piece that shines above the rest. The Naumann Group recognizes how affective the staging tool can be. We have created a full service Staging Company and have an accredited staging professional to assist our sellers.

  • Collateral Exchanges: this moves people into a home that is ore suitable to their needs. Two simultaneous closings take place and the two buyers move up or down in relation to their mortgage / and or need. The Naumann Group has completed more than 60 exchanges in the past 12 months, and has truly helped people accomplish something they thought was not possible.
  • Rent it. If you are able to move forward in the purchase of another home look at renting your current home to offset your mortgage. If you rent your home you can write off your interest, use their money to pay down your principle and let you r investment grow in value over time. Don't just react with the market, take it slow and think through all the options. They really aren't that bad.

We at the Naumann Group are here for the duration. We have created systems and opportunities that no other Real Estate company offers to assist you in this changing economy. We are helping our clients communicate with their banks, restructure debt, and creates short and long term strategies so that you can better weather the storm.

Winston Churchhill described the Battle of Britain as "Their Finest Hour" Americans by design rise to the occasion in difficulty and tragedy. We have so much to be thankful for in this country. We may need to make necessary changes and adjustments in our lifestyles. Let's refine our values, enjoy our families and health and continue to move forward with optimism, good humor and strength.

I would love the opportunity to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to phone me at 850-933-0328. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year!
