Southwood Update

Greetings from the St. Joe Company!

I would like to share some exciting news with you. The Naumann Group will be providing real estate services for St. Joe's South Wood and Summer Camp Beach communities and will operate offices from the South Wood Sales Center at Town Center and the Summer Camp Beach Sales Center in St. Teresa. In addition to providing a full range of residential sales and marketing services, The Naumann group will sell South Wood's and SummerCamp Beach's custom home sites and provide re-sale services.

The Naumann Group is locally-owned, have strong ties within Tallahassee and along the Forgotten Coast, and most importantly, have solid relationships with REALTORS like you. We know Jason Naumann and his team will continue to foster relationship with our local REALTORS, which are relationships we greatly value.

Our national home builders, Beazer Homes and David Weekley Homes, will continue to have their own sales teams offering new home sales from their model homes. Their administrative offices and design services will operate from the South Wood Sales Center.

Our goal is to continue to nurture relationships with our local REALTORS market and to provide you and your clients a great experience when visiting South Wood and SummerCamp Beach.

The Naumann Group will begin operating at South Wood and SummerCamp Beach on Saturday, January 26, 2008. Both South Wood and SummerCamp Beach's Sales Center hours will be Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.

As soon as The Naumann Group get settled in, we will host an open house at the South Wood Sales Center and share updates with you about South Wood and SummerCamp Beach. Stay tuned…
