Born in Washington, D.C., Cate spent much of her childhood overseas before her family settled in Tallahassee in 2007. After graduating from Chiles High School, she earned dual degrees in English Literature and Classical Studies from Florida State University in 2014, Cate’s career began in the hospitality industry, where she managed several locally owned Tallahassee restaurants.
Cate transitioned into real estate in 2016, bringing with her a customer-first mindset, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to excellence.
