Joseph Parsons discovered his passion for real estate early on – a calling that led him to earn his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Florida State University. Born and raised in Tallahassee, Joseph relocated to Florida’s Emerald Coast upon graduation to build his career in one of the most beautiful and desirable coastal markets in the country.
Joseph takes pleasure in guiding clients through each stage of the buying and selling process with professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of the 30A market. His client-centered approach is built on trust, communication, and a genuine desire to help people achieve their real estate goals.
Outside of real estate, Joseph enjoys fishing along the Gulf, exploring new destinations and cuisines, and spending time with friends and family.
